From 6 to 10 November 2016, 1,600 exhibitors from more than 130 countries gathered at the Equiphotel exhibition at the Porte de Versailles exhibition center in Paris. In the age of digital, many products exhibited include the latest technological trends. No less than 350 new products were on display.

Leet Design, a Vichy start-up, designed this innovative chair called “e-Bulle,” the connected and immersive workstation for shared spaces. It includes a ready-to-use PC, a touch screen and an ergonomic chair. The AccorHotels group has already joined this high-tech product, and may well attract other companies such as Lyon Airport. The start-up will be present at the CES in Las Vegas next January.

New Gen2

Otis unveiled its new generation of intelligent and connected lifts: the New Gen2. The eCall, an application that allows residents or building visitors to call and control the elevator remotely, directly from their smartphone. No need to call the elevator and indicate its floor. The eView screen inside the cabin allows real-time information broadcasting. One can thus find there the activity of companies in the building, the weather, traffic information and even recorded playlists.

Kylii Motion

The start-up Kylii Motion is one of the pioneers. It offers interactive family-friendly experiences. The Kylii Box, connected to a screen with a motion sensor, provides access to a marketplace of augmented reality with business or gaming applications. A new way of proposing marketing operations in hotels or tourist establishments.

Wombee is a start-up that allows the connection and sharing between hotel customers. It works via a connection on the service. Internet users residing in a hotel can get in touch with other customers of the establishment sharing their interests. Useful to find a golf partner or tennis, rent a boat for several, share activities for children or just chat and meet each other.
