    Spanish Designer Delights IMM

    Courtesy of Zuzunaga

Spanish artist and designer Cristian Zuzunaga showcased his work which includes print, letterpress, photography, sculpture, textile and furniture design. He started some years ago with a range of home textiles and today he collaborates with selected European craft businesses to produce seating furniture, tables and lamps. In Cologne, the focus was on the PIXEL sofa. As an exemplary designer, fellow professionals can be inspired. Take a look at his online shop.

In addition to the PIXEL sofa that comes in six different textile coverings of various graphic patterns, the young label’s exhibition featured the new INCA range of furniture and many handcrafted blankets, as well as cushions and other home accessories. Barcelona-based design company Zuzunaga, established in 2007 by Cristian Zuzunaga, took part of the trade fair’s ‘Pure Platforms’, a forum for dynamic and visionary interior concepts and for young design.
