Jérémy Carrara, the Entrepreneurial Force Behind BATIREGLO
Jérémy Carrara, the founder of BATIREGLO, is a passionate entrepreneur in the construction industry. He graduated as a building engineer from the École Centrale de Nantes in 2016, gaining strong experience as a civil engineering project manager and a works manager specializing in housing.
In 2020, Jérémy became a building technical controller while concurrently developing BATIREGLO as a micro-entrepreneur. The creation of BATIREGLO stemmed from the realization of widespread unawareness among industry professionals regarding building technical regulations. Despite their “knowledgeable” status, they grapple with complex and evolving regulations, finding it challenging to source pertinent information and gain in-depth training. Moreover, addressing regulatory non-compliance is a considerable waste of time and money—a luxury the construction sector can no longer afford, where the key term is now “efficiency.”
To address these issues, Jérémy launched BATIREGLO—an innovative platform offering videos and written documents encompassing key technical regulations. This approach makes information more accessible and engaging. The platform also features an exchange forum for discussions on regulatory intricacies, interactive quizzes for knowledge evaluation, and certificates of regulatory mastery.
Currently focused on residential regulations, the platform aims to expand its scope to include Public Receiving Establishments (ERP) and buildings subject to the Labor Code. Its goal is to encompass all building professionals in France, enhancing their regulatory understanding to minimize non-compliance, ensuring better safety and comfort for end-users.
