The event, held from April 26th to 28th at Tokyo Big Sight, brought together 127 exhibitors from Japan and abroad to showcase the latest advancements in office design and furniture. The exhibition space for ORGATEC TOKYO 2023 was twice the size of its 2022 predecessor, drawing architects, interior designers, developers, and other design professionals. The trade fair theme, [SHIFT DESIGN], explored the profound impact of good design on ever-evolving societies, workstyles, and lifestyles. The theme was brought to life at the ORGATEC TOKYO Xperience Area, which featured a captivating biophilic garden demonstrating the interconnectedness between work, design, and nature. Prominent brands like Itoki, Okamura, and Kokuyo took the stage in the Xperience Area, presenting their visionary perspectives on the future of work.

During the event, the ORGATEC TOKYO BEST PRESENTATION AWARDS Ceremony was held in the Xperience Area. This was followed by engaging seminars featuring emerging designers who explored the potential of future workstyles. Beyond the regular exhibition hours, participants enjoyed the relaxed ambiance of ORGATEC NIGHT, a special after-hours event where exhibitors, guests, and visitors had the opportunity to connect, network, and unwind while enjoying drinks and music.
