ORGATEC TOKYO 2025, the international trade fair that explores the future of workplace and office design from a variety of perspectives, will take place over three days from 3–5 June 2025 at Tokyo Big Sight.
Now in its fourth edition, the event will welcome leading Japanese companies such as ITOKI, OKAMURA, KOKUYO, UCHIDA YOKO, PLUS, and Karimoku Furniture, alongside top brands from approximately 15 countries and regions including Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. Having emerged as a new hub for workplace design in Asia, ORGATEC TOKYO continues to gain attention from across the globe. This growing interest reflects both the strong alignment with the exhibition’s themes and concepts and the increasing recognition of its track record. In addition, the Editor-in-Chief of ELLE DECOR Japan will moderate a discussion exploring the future beyond “SHIFT DESIGN”, uncovering forward-looking, creative visions for the workplace.
This year’s edition will also feature a brand-new initiative: a special exhibition titled BORDERLESS. As the boundaries between work and private life become increasingly fluid, and employees gain greater freedom to personalize their working environments, the exhibition will showcase a wide array of innovative workspaces and workstyles from across sectors – unconstrained by traditional formats of space or style.
Another highlight not to be missed is the ORGATEC TOKYO Awards, held during the exhibition. This program recognizes outstanding booth designs and products that embody the exhibition’s core concepts. Entries will be judged by leading-edge creatives known for shaping contemporary design trends, with a focus on conceptual strength and aesthetic excellence.
