Furthermore, we offer details on the latest advancements in outdoor lighting, as esteemed manufacturers like Fermob unveil their visionary contributions for 2024.

Two Stunning Hotel Projects: Locally Sourced Materials and Panoramic Views

From the enchanting hills of Jaipur, India, to the idyllic shores of Capri, Italy, these two hotel projects exemplify how blending modern design and ancient traditions with hospitality can foster serenity.

In Jaipur, India, a sprawling 60-acre estate sits at the foothills of the Aravalli Mountains. Anopura intertwines modern Indian design with locally sourced antiques and contemporary art, creating a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. It boasts four enchanting thatched bungalows, each with a private pool, providing an intimate escape for guests seeking solitude and relaxation. Additionally, seven new suites have been introduced, sharing access to a communal infinity pool and a serene yoga deck, perfect for rejuvenating the mind, body, and spirit amidst the breathtaking natural scenery.

Meanwhile, on the picturesque island of Capri, Italy, stands Il Capri, a striking Venetian-style neo-gothic palazzo painted in enchanting candyfloss-pink hues. Under the visionary guidance of French-Italian proprietors Graziella Buontempo and Arnaud Lacombe, the hotel underwent a meticulous renovation, unveiling a blend of timeless elegance and contemporary comfort, and re-opened in time for the summer of 2022.

Embracing the island’s natural splendor, the guest rooms are adorned with simple yet refined furnishings, accentuated by sisal flooring, rattan, and bamboo elements, ensuring that the breathtaking vistas of the Gulf of Naples remain the focal point. Perched atop the hotel, a heavenly rooftop pool offers panoramic views of the azure waters, providing a serene sanctuary for guests to unwind and immerse themselves in the tranquil ambiance of this enchanting island escape.

Fast Spa: Crafting Sustainable Outdoor Furniture near Lake Garda

Since its establishment in 1995, Italian company Fast Spa has been producing outdoor furniture with essential and sinuous lines, focusing on timeless sustainability and low-impact production standards in its office near Lake Garda in Valle Sabbia. The company collaborated with Alberto Lievore, an Argentina-born designer based in Spain, to create four new furniture pieces: Zebra, Ria Soft, Solaris, and Ninfea.

Solaris draws inspiration from Tarkovskij’s film, reflecting a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living with its armchairs, dormeuses, poufs, cushions, small tables, and sun loungers. Ria Soft embodies coastal charm, offering compact sofas and armchairs with sinuous shapes and tone-on-tone stitching for a harmonious look and tactile appeal. Zebra features die-cast aluminum structures that create mesmerizing geometric shapes on the ground, with cushions available for added comfort. Ninfea serves as both outdoor containers and space separators, boasting engraved doors and a scratch-resistant finish. Fast Sp prioritizes sustainable design, utilizing aluminum and recyclable materials to create timeless and durable pieces.
