ArchiExpo, powered by VirtualExpo Group, a specialist in online exhibitions, provides Japanese manufacturers with a platform for showcasing their products. Over 2,000 products are currently on display at the Virtual Japan Pavilion in various sectors including architecture, agriculture, and more.

Baking Efficiency: Japan Kneader’s Sustainable Dough Sheeters

Japan Kneader Co., LTD., established in Fujisawa, Japan in 2008, specializes in innovative baking equipment that enhances efficiency and sustainability. Their products, including compact, manual Dough Sheeters, cater to both home kitchens and professionals.

There are two models: RS101 and RS201. The RS101 is smaller and easily disassembled, while the foldable RS201 handles up to 1000g of dough. Both models allow precise thickness adjustment for consistent baking results. Japan Kneader is actively developing new products for the international market and plans to introduce more innovative solutions soon.

Specializing in iron, aluminum, and bronze, Chushin Kobo crafts a range of functional and decorative items that blend the enduring beauty of Japanese cast iron with contemporary lifestyle needs. 

Masuda’s designs, showcased at their Ennouji showroom near the workshop, reflect a commitment to preserving and evolving Japan’s cultural heritage while making it accessible and relevant to today’s global audience.

The “Imono Bird,” released by Chushin Kobo in 2023 at the Interior Lifestyle Exhibition, is an eco-friendly ornament designed to enhance room aesthetics with its bird motif, available in three sizes and versatile for various uses like bookends and memo holders, packaged environmentally consciously in a triangular shape without vinyl.
