Last month, FENIX announced its new limited edition for the X-KIN family: Verde Comodora Idra. Its mesmerizing, water-like appearance is joined by a second special edition: Rosso Jaipur Brina.

Recently, FENIX, the pioneer in surface materials, introduced two captivating limited editions to its X-KIN family: Verde Comodoro Idra and Rosso Jaipur Brina. These additions showcase FENIX’s commitment to innovation, pushing the boundaries of design and functionality.

Two New Tactile Masterpieces for the X-KIN Family

The star of the show, the Verde Comodoro Idra, brings a fluid, iridescent design to the X-KIN collection. Its distinctive geometric, three-dimensional pattern creates a visual and tactile masterpiece, transforming any interior space into a realm of elegance and sophistication.

Applied seamlessly like wallpaper, Verde Comodoro Idra graces commercial and residential walls with contemporary designs and a strong character. The soft, sinuous lines define a unique visual and tactile experience, coupled with the extraordinary features inherent in X-KIN by FENIX — soft touch, anti-fingerprint, and exceptional color fastness to light.

Beyond aesthetics, X-KIN proves its adaptability and flexibility, meeting diverse design requirements. The material can be applied to interior walls and structural elements, offering a canvas for creative expression. With four color options, users can craft unique combinations for wall coverings, injecting originality into living spaces.

Adding another layer of allure to the X-KIN family, FENIX introduces Rosso Jaipur Brina. Drawing inspiration from glacial atmospheres, this special edition features a cascade of glossy droplets on an ultra-matte surface, creating a visually arresting effect. The marriage of gloss and matte textures adds a dynamic touch to interior design, capturing the essence of modern aesthetics.

Understanding Arpa Industriale’s Brand FENIX®

In 2013, Arpa Industriale unveiled a revolutionary material, or rather, a new family of materials. With 60 years of experience since being founded in 1954, Arpa Industriale drew inspiration from the legendary Phoenix and its infinite regenerative capabilities, thus christening the new material family FENIX®.

Last year, the group celebrated the 10th anniversary of FENIX and the 110th anniversary of Formica® laminate. The two brands, along with other companies within the group, joined forces in a scenographic project of interaction and inclusion. Designed by Zanellato/Bortotto and Musa, “Surfaces with a View – Unconventional of Matter Stories” unfolded during Milano Design Week at the FENIX Scenario. The project showcased the future of surfaces and materials offered by the companies, narrating innovative ways of conceiving spaces.

What’s the Big Deal about FENIX Surface Materials?

FENIX surface materials are known for their extreme matte finish, soft touch, anti-fingerprint features, and thermal healing capabilities for superficial micro-scratches. With three versions — FENIX NTM®, FENIX NTM Bloom, and FENIX NTA® — and 27 colors, FENIX is suitable for horizontal and vertical applications in various settings.

The introduction of X-KIN amplifies FENIX’s compositional creativity, allowing users to experiment with combinations and textures. This new addition aims to design contemporary living spaces in an original and imaginative way, providing endless possibilities for expression.

Arpa Industriale, the creative force behind FENIX, has been at the forefront of designing and manufacturing high-quality panels since 1954. With a focus on HPL technology, Arpa’s products span diverse applications, from architecture to interior design, healthcare to hospitality. The company’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability has solidified its position as a reliable and influential player in international markets.

As FENIX expands its offerings with the Verde Comodoro Idra and Rosso Jaipur Brina editions, it reaffirms its dedication to pushing the boundaries of design, transforming spaces into expressions of creativity and sophistication. The collaboration between technology, artistry, and functionality continues to redefine the possibilities of interior design with FENIX’s X-KIN family.
